Wow... Is all I can say. Did not expect this drop, but I guess my body let the excess water go it was retaining this week! The whole week I've been sitting on 77.9 kg and I had lost all hope, but now my faith has been restored!

170.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
