the new scale is not friend. lol. says I went up in weight .5 lbs , down in fat 1.5%, up in muscle 4.2lbs (in 1 day rofl)..... guess after a week I'll see how much change there is. I'll keep measuring waist and neck to see if losing fat from waist. weight is what it is but inches around the waist are what I am working at losing.
