We should not worry about it, stress plays a big role, I have noticed that when I get obsessed with my weight, my scale doesn't move for the right direction, no matter how good I am following my diet.

That's why only officially weigh in once a week now. The fluctuation are a little crazy.

I sure am glad I weigh myself daily though. I was bemoaning the scale routine earlier this month, but had I gotten on the scale at only the beginning and end of this last 4-week period, I'd have been really bummed at seeing only half a pound loss for the entire month. Seeing when and why it fluctuated really does help keep my head on straight.
