Well this must be a very unfortunate moment for weighting in, but hey, those are the facts! And I'm not really that concerned as this week was a mixture of monthly fluctuations and me trying to increase calorie intake a bit - maybe a tiny bit too much then 😉 Plus I can see now which food is making me bloated and heavy on my stomach. So yeah, it's aaaaall good, no worries!
