Doing my best to keep my diet in check. I’m still sore from the surgery, now my left heel hurts 🧐😕and no time frame on when i can get back to working out 🙄doctor said probably not until the new year.... if that 😕anyone tries to tell me that having your appendix out is easy as 1,2,3..I will smack them lol this crap is no joke on any level! On a good note this weekend is my annual Halloween party looking forward to seeing all my favorite people 😍I didn’t get to do as much decorating as I wanted to but oh well lol
168.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
