Aloha Everyone,
Two weeks have passed with a week-long trip to Chicago and I gained .1 lbs. I call that a win. Yay!
I did well on the trip, not succumbing to my strong desire to sample Portillo's chocolate cake, or Giordano's deep-dish pizza, or room service binging on chicken wings and cheeseburger/fries.
I was at an event with Hawaii people, so Hawaii food came out. I ate but kept in control. Only one piece of guava cake. Oh, and just two pilsners the entire week. That is a win for sure.
I walked a lot in the hotel. This is an annual trip, so my friends commented on how much better I am moving compared to last year. Yassss!
But yet, I have a specific goal and need to get back to business before the Holidays.
