Again Appendicitis is no joke...but one hell of a diet. Kinda scaring me that I lost 3 pounds in one day. I know my appetite isn’t back in full swing yet but I am eating 😐
166.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
