1 week before my 3rd body scan. have not been near a scale in 3 weeks. I expect next Monday I will have put on some muscle in my legs and hopefully my bf% has gone up a little bit but with alot of extra hiking I'm not sure.

average Cal's have gone from 2200/2300 to 2800/3000 daily which if calculated correctly (who ever gets it right first time lol) should mean actual weight gain should not be to excessive.

im hoping my maintainance Cal's are around the 2800 mark but we will find out in a week
163.4 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
