42% Yesterday I ate too much sugar (honey on my pancakes) and laid around feeling like crap. By the time I felt better I had to do the dishes and answer a phone call and get food ready for tomorrow. At 11:46 I realized I had forgotten to exercise! :( I can't believe that. But there's always today. And in spite of yesterday being a not-so-good day food and exercise-wise, I still am down .4 pounds. I'm ALMOST to my mini-goal. Do you think I can hit it tomorrow?
