It's Tuesday! I totally forgot yesterday was Monday because of the long weekend. Yay, a four day week. I'm down today and it will be a fasting day. A Jimmy John tuna unwich for lunch (a vendor is buying, I can't say no). Dinner will be a Atkins shake and some cucumbers. I feel like I'm getting this healthy eating thing down. I just have to start exercising.
