Good morning all! I gained but I lost! For the week I'm down 1.4 pounds. That makes me very happy. It was my hubby's birthday so we did a bit of celebrating but I kept my bad food to a minimum.
Overall I feel like I'm going in the right direction. We are going to start our weekly hiking next weekend so I really need to start getting my muscles ready. I'm sure I will be one sore lady on Sunday but it will be worth it.
