Okay. Glad that excess weight is off. I knew it was water weight, but it is still slow going. But those clothes are fitting better. I realize that it will take years to get to my goal since I haven't been there in 25 years. In one way, as long as it comes off, I will accept that since this is no diet- just a way of life that isn't super easy, but very livable. I even ate one Hershey Kiss yesterday, and counted it, just to prove I could eat it and not be "punished." The only good thing about slow weight loss is that the flesh doesn't hang. Now, maybe when I lose a lot more weight, that will be different, but at present, no sagging skin. Well at my age it will be a miracle if it doesn't happen. So post-menopausal, old and hypothyroid, can be obstacles to weight loss, but it will come off slowly if I stick to it and don't get discouraged.
