uff.. it was water retention... what a relief. Time to go for my daily walk and to the supermarket. Today onion and mosterd soup with pizza made out with tortilla bottom.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
