200 grams down after eating delicious almond chocolate. Check the gluten free section in the AH, they have a chocolate called "CHOKAY" 74% cacao, low in carbs and calories.. I eat 3-6 squares now and then :)
127.0 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
