this weigh in is not the most accurate. i just bought a scale and have just weighed myself, but my original weight was just a guess. i would love to think that i have lost 5 pounds since i began this journey...and i believe i may have...but, i do have to be honest and say that i am really not sure....but here we go!
270.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
