I came home after a walk and I weighted 58.4 kilos... this morning before going to work it was 58.7 kilos.. so.. hopefully is water retention and tomorrow the scale will be again rond 58.5 kilos.. yey..
129.4 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
