Regardless what the scale says, I have to go shopping for new khaki pants for work! The pants that I’m currently wearing for work are too big even with a belt, it looks very sloppy. First time in about four years I have to buy smaller clothes and not bigger clothes! As much as I hate shopping I’m actually looking forward to this. The scale is only a number a lot of times I’m going to see differences in my weight that has nothing to do with the scale obviously with my clothes being bigger there’s a difference :-) I have to keep reminding myself of that.
173.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
