B1 - Lateral raises (10 reps with 3 kg dumbbells) B2 - DB overhead raises (10 reps with 5 kg dumbbell)
C1 - 15 Face pulls C2 - Single leg calf raises (8 reps each leg with at 6 sec tempo downwards)
