😩😭 I literally have changed nothing this week, I haven’t over eaten and been within my calorie in take nearly every day. I feel awful! I usually would have lost 3lb ish by now and the only thing that is different is I’ve started back at the gym this week. I know it’s not the whole muscle vs fat debate as I’m still hammering the cardio (I choose not to do weights until I’m thin)
167.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That happened to me several times last year, it’s soul destroying! Don’t give up! I’m sure we are all different but I only ever lose if I am Uber strict sticking to calorie counting. If I go UNDER calories I lose nothing...don’t know if that helps...keep going ☺️

Thanks Janie! The only way I seem to loose weight is by going under my cals but they’re pretty low already! I have had more carbs than I normally do this week (someone forgot to buy my soup for lunch!) so I’ve probably made bad choices in addition even though I’ve kept in my cals... I was hoping to be 163 today as we’ve got a big party 🙄

Aw it is sooooo frustrating when you know you’ve been on it but no results. I guess the carbs may had affect if you’re usually off them...tut tut “someone” 🤪...just keep on it abd I bet you see the loss next week 👍🏼

hi dear I just would like to say that too much cardio and restricted calories intake makes the opposite effect,it's easier to store fat because your body get into alert,it's a personal experience. currently I eat 1550 calories with my macros in place I train 3 days a week and no cardio just weight and this this the first time in my life that I am seeing results.
