Finally back in to the 11’s 😍
I’m glad as it’s been slow progress over the past week as I haven’t been able to go to the gym and used to seeing the scale go down every day!
167.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
