don't know if I'm trusting my scale.... was that 431 jump a fluke or did I really lose that much in a couple of days now down to 428.2? oh well I'll take it for now
428.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 148.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
