Well, it could have been worse.....the last two days have seen a larger gain but today's seen a return to at least nearly last week's weight!

As predicted the Easter hols aren't sticking to a routine and so I'm finding it hard especially to get any exercise in but, all in all, I think I'm doing OK :)
172.2 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

I think you are doing OK, too! Enjoy your holidays and try to fit in the activity where you can. Remember, walking is a great exercise and it can be performed while shopping! Hehehe. Have a great day!

You can do it!!! Remember stop, breathe and get in touch with if you are hungery. Have a walk or get in a game of tag with your little one. One of the ways I get in a bit of exercise is when we are waiting for my sons bus - I walk up and down our front steps. After about 5 minutes I can feel the burn, yesterday I kept going for 15minutes...and Thats good for me!!! Enjoy your Holiday!

Yes indeed! Things are quieting down to normal and you are doing quite well adjusting. Don't rush it. Just keep up the good work :D

Yay, great news! Alas, holidays are so much harder aren't they, but hope that you are having a great time. You just keep up the great work there though and I'm sure the scales will be down again by next weigh-in. ;o)
