My body will not regulate. I'm trying to do this without diuretics but wow am I uncomfortable. Upped the fiber will see what happens. Have a healthy day.

I agree with drinking more water. it seems counter intuitive, but I've found that I once I'm taking in surplus fluid, my body starts getting rid of it... fast!

drinking water is definitely a plus and just as a side note, if you are uncomfortable definitely take something for now and try to adjust your diet to get more veggies and fiber.

If you are eating low carb, your kidneys will shed salt, which can cause constipation, headaches and dizziness. Have salty broth or bouillon once or twice per day.
