Being back at work is so wonderful! I regularly clock in about 7 -10 miles per 8 hour shift that I work. I have been snacking a lot more especially when I get home from work around 10pm and I eat a decent meal before I go to work.
226.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
