Welcome home to me! I went to this awesome week long bread class. All sourdough and just the best thing ever. I did gain, but considering I had an ice cream, drinks, bread, I didn’t do too bad. The best part is that I am so very ready to hit the Keto wagon again! I have been bloated and gassy, so it’s time to hand the baguette to my husband and fly Keto again. It just feels better. The next problem I’ll encounter is in August, and I hope not to do much damage. I hope to loose 10-15 # for August, but let’s just see! Happy new week o everyone!
