A solid few pounds under recorded weight. Also, shifted a wee bit of weight from upper body to legs and seemed to lose a bit of fat from my sides and stomach, two of the harder places to lose for me. I credit any fat loss to a solid month and a half of bike endurance training (ongoing)... not the most time efficient for fat loss compared to HIIT training (think Orange Theory) or resistance training, but losing a bit of fat is a nice side benefit from my main goal of building a better endurance foundation in preparation for some longer rides latter this summer. Intake has been a tricky balance between trying to keep energy levels up and maintain/grow muscle mass WHILE trying to keep a small deficit in order to still lose some stubborn fat...might he just wishful thinking but it seems to be working....so far. Rest day today; just finished supper, so I'll be getting back to a garage re-org in process.

Jimmie, I noticed you were commenting on fasted workouts on another members post...I do that almost always too, seems to help when I am racing or in a competitive group, then when I refuel it feels like I'm getting a bigger boost...sessions longer than two hours I do have a snack though, otherwise energy drop is too dramatic.
