Been bad alcohol wise this week.... been stressed with buying the first house, got a new job I didn’t really try to get.... skipped spin twice because I’m a lazy 🐮!
*carry myself if to spin in 10 mins* 🙈
174.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
