Week 2: Today I begin 1200 calories. Im going to attempt to up my exercise by 50% to offset the increased calories. I had a salty meal last night..so I didnt lose as much as anticipated today. The important thing is I can keep my weight down without staying in ketosis.
127.8 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
