these last few days havent been the greatest, I havent been binging on carbs or over eating, but I know I havent been drinking enough water and I'm feeling very sluggish. I also havnt been measuring or recording my food intake, but that stops today!
I'm getting back on track :)
234.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
