I havent updated in a while, but for the month of june I actually wrote down fitness goals as well as financial goals.
I am feeling amazing with a little over 20 total pounds lost (I lost 5 lbs before I got the app) and hopefully will get cleared from the doctor in 2 weeks to return to the job which I love! a back injury wont keep me down for long!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
