Nice drop! Just looking at your history and you’ve had fairly consistent drops all year, over 30kg gone, almost 5 stone! What a fantastic result and wonderful inspiration. Go you! 👍🏻🎉

Haha, if you can snack and slack and still lose a pound a week I'd say you're doing perfectly well mate. I feel like I've been a right naughty boy over the last few weeks but it's still coming off slowly. That's fine with me as the hardest work is done, and I reckon my eating habits have changed now which bodes well for the longer term. I know loads of Keto-activists are going to push flaming dog poo through my letterbox for saying it, but that's why I'd go calorie dieting every time... it's long term conditioning.

Thanks all! Yes I'm having a biscuit here, a bag of crisps there... Yes thank you, I have done well on average, steady losses. And I agree about the conditioning Neil, I can just look at something Nd guess the calories now.

Im slacking too!! Two days ago i was just under 12st...now i clock in at 12st 3lbs!! Bank holiday is my excuse..and its too hot n humid to do my 40mins of power walking with shopping trolley going round the park jogging track...im in disguise!!
