my macros were on point today! dang near perfect. then my boyfriend thought it would be a good idea to get an oreo ice cream cake from dairy queen.. and me being me I caved and had a small piece.
however, I am not liking how I feel right now, I'm very jittery and it feels like someone punched me in the gut.
any advice on how to remedy this??
242.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Take a walk to burn off sugar. Or do step ups, find a solid step and step on it and off it, 100 times. It’ll burn off circulating glucose.

I also get that way now when I eat sugary foods. It isn’t fun! But it does help me not want to eat that way again!
