just hit that 24 hour mark of my fast! I've been drinking a ton of water all day long and the hunger cravings are there, but manageable!
I'm gonna see how far I can go! in hoping to make it till at least noon tomorrow :)
239.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
