Injured my back so I've been unable to do anything but lay around and rest it, per the doctor. Have enjoyed some wonderful comfort food. I deserve it. I've been VERY good this whole year. I still have 4 month to go to reach my goal. I WILL make it! Just right now, I've got to chillax & let my back heal.
