I guess no gain is a win. I haven't been able to exercise as I normally would due to a recent medical procedure. Was on my feet too much yesterday lifting the baby in his car seat..Definately felt it last night. Need to go to the doctor ...slipped and fell when I was a few months pregnant and they obviously couldn't do an xray so they just assumed it was a sprain..well that was at least a year and a half ago and out of no where it's been killing me daily 😕 i swear it's always something. i know i need to eat a bit better and take in more...sometimes obession causes me to restrict too much some days. when i initially started this app i was 209 now I'm 180 just about 30lbs...i look down at my baby who's only 20lbs and wow...even 20 seems like a lot...feels nice not to carry that extra weight around. I'm going to buy myself a more accurate scale..because i don't have a digital one...have one of those old school ones where u have to balance the needle to zero and every time the baby follows me in the bathroom (which is everytime basically..) he picks it up and slams it down. I'm no genius but I'm sure that can't be good for keeping accuracy. I'm also going to get myself a food scale so I can more accurately weigh portions.

Hope everyone is doing well and sticking to their goals as best they can. We can all do this!

Great thought! Sorry to hear of your foot injury and procedure broken? or ligaments? I wish you a rapid, safe, and healthy recovery. I thought about by a food scale as well, I've been watching a lot of youtube channels showing persons measuring, learned something I didn't know using them for measuring certain food types. Well good luck, keep us apprised of your progress, like to hear about your successes no matter how small..... !!!
