I weighed myself this morning, and I thought I would've gained weight with all the junk I was eating!

There is a little over an hour left of my 24 hour fast. I have successfully drank a full gallon of water!
This fasting thing is great and all but I'm not gonna lie.. I feel like I'm starving! so tonight I'm going to make a keto friendly meal :)
239.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
