Switched up a few things this week again...trying find a balance. Ate overnight oats at breakfast all week definitely kept me regular lol. Stuck to the brown rice and wheat pasta. I’m sure I’ll keep changing also sugar free coffee creamer too...now if this damn sick bug would leave me that would be great! Have a great weekend and happy Mother’s Day to all!!
173.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
