I have finally gotten into a groove with my approach. It may not be the most exciting thing to do, but once I've got a system that works down, I am all over nailing my nutrition!

That's been the key component missing to achieving my goals and I feel so fantastic for finally getting on a path that I am confident is going to get me there. Inspired by my friends that are pushing really hard for their results, I started using this app and website to keep me on track and I couldn't be happier with the decision.

I'm trying to get down to around 165 overall but my real target is a lower body fat percent in the range of 5-6%. The last time I checked, I was approximately around 10% and those last bits are tough tough tough.

I'm really looking forward to meeting more people on here and not only progressing in my own success but also lending as much help as I can to anyone else that's on the journey to better health and happiness too!
