It has been almost 2 weeks since I have a had my ablasion of the nerves in my back and almost 2 weeks since I started my journey to a healthier me and I feel great! my starting weight was 260 and this morning I weighed in and now weigh 248. Just by changing the amount of food I eat, and eating healthier foods and staying away from processed foods and lightening the load of carbs has made my body feel amazing! I can't wait to just continue my journey to a healthier me! :)
