Very tough time with my relationship with food and exercise. Received not so great news earlier in the week. Thought Passover was bad this is actually worse.
Gained .04 lbs.
237.2 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 57.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
