Fall projexts keeping me busy. Sleep ok albeit a bit broken. Didn‘t track sleep for 2 days b/c of rash on wrist from an insect bite. Thought it was another hobo spider but the 2nd fang mark isn‘t showing. Protein down as its beiing somewhat substituted by fruit & shrooms that are in season.
