well it's April 30, 2018. Much has happened. My husband died June 30th, 2016. I gained weight because I ate my way through the grief. went up to 205. Today, I am eating in moderation using portions and boxed meals to keep track of calories. I'm trying to watch my sodium intake because I know those meals are high in that. just wanted to check in with u all. you gals and guys are doing so much better than me. I'm not giving up.
