I joined Weight Watchers and did good the first couple months. Now I go up and down like a yo yo. I just can't seem to get serious again. Any suggestions.

Stick with the WW program, I did WW and lost 50 lbs. It takes time to get used to their system and eventually you'll be set in the new way of tracking your food and weight. I always looked at my goal weight that I set myself for, and I wanted so badly to reach it , so I didn't give up. Keep going to the meetings because it's great support and keeps you motivated through your journey. I joined in 2005 and I'm glad I did WW because without their help I don't think I could have lost that much weight by myself. We all yo yo , it's a part of losing weight and it keeps you motivated to try harder.

I am definitely working through a similar thing. What I've realized is I just need to be more stubborn than my hunger cravings and those mindless eating binges. I've also swapped out regular chips and dip for chia& quinoa chips with salsa or hummus. Regular crackers with nut thins. What I've learned from this app is how little protein I've been eating. And how much more fat I have been eating. My work currently is to balance those numbers out and figure out increasing protein without too much added fat. Best of luck. Just remember your goal and your why!

Also have fun looking for different recipes that you have never tried before. make food exciting not so routine. I go to the library and look for those healthy cookbooks and search for something that I might enjoy that are low in points.
