Trying to get back in the groove of things since our return from Cancun, Mexico. I miss the daily swims and the eating patterns. The first day I woke up back home was ridiculous I ate everything in site going over 2500 cals👎🏻but today and yesterday were better thank God! Tonight it’s back to circuit training. Hope everyone has a good Valentine’s Day. 💘
