I purchased a whey Protein Isolate powder to boost my protein intake for the day and reinforce my gym work-outs. Am currently drinking only one time per day, afterwards. This was severely recommended by many people, so I'm giving it a shot...if I don't lose or at least maintain my current weight at the end of this week I'll discontinue its use I workout 5-6 times per week 1-1/2 or 2 hr sessions including 20 min cardio. ...any comments or suggestions?

Let's see how it turns out, I'll weight in on monday...I do feel real good and motivated. You could drink a similar shake, it's definitely recommended if your protein intake is low.
