How is this healthy....77.04g of FAT....34.55g of Carbs?????? Don't get it? Just curious, want to understand

@Gangster Granny, that is the carb count for the entire day, not just that meal. If you click on the "more..." link you will see the breakdown for just that meal. I think 34.55g of carbs for a whole day is fantastic!!! Great job and that looks delicious!!

Recipe: Slice red peppers in half (this made 8 half’s with leftover meat sauce) bake 20 min in 400* oven. While baking, make sauce: sautée 1/3 yellow onion diced, diced mushrooms, 2-3 cloves garlic add 1 lb ground beef. When cooked, drain excess grease and add 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1-2t. Basil, 1 t. Oregano, salt and pepper to taste. I didn’t have cottage or ricotta cheese so I added about 1/2 cup sour cream. When peppers are cooked, fill each half with about 1/2c meat/sauce mixture, top with mozzarella cheese, bake another 12 min. Then add grated parmesan and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and bake another 5 min.
