I have decided to take some of the FS buddies advice and try the 5 # leeway. Still maintaining the 189# mark even when I ate a large 14 oz rib-eye with baked potato with butter and sour cream last night, did not eat the skin, my favorite part... My wife is going to Sarasota this weekend as my family is planning a wedding later in December, for our oldest son. I'm having several blood test tomorrow- Saturday- to see how this WOE thing has affected my body and soul..This, I'm hoping will decipher my health outlook, but will not get results till later in week. I'm hoping I will be able to drop some Meds and no longer be a diabetic type 2 which was my main goal., Some other meds I take I will never be able to drop.We can only wait and see...And my Journey goes on..And I'm DO N OK
