I'm off for my third 5k Parkrun this morning, I am not expecting an improved time - it's very windy and I had a few beers last night plus I played my first proper game of squash at 8.30 PM in the evening. The squash went amazingly well as the loss of 27kg meant I was much quicker around the court. Whilst my arm is not fully mobile yet it is workable after a seven month injury. I have been playing since I was 15 and really pleased that I can continue hopefully for a few years yet.
