I'm back on the wagon!! I am working out 6 days a week and logging my food. I'm being very mindful of what I eat, making the extra effort to eat more protein, more veggies, more seeds and nuts, and some fruit.
My diet is not perfect, but it's okay. These are baby steps. I've been eating unhealthy food for so long that it is taking me a while to remember how to eat properly. I spent 3 years hardly cooking at all, and now I am cooking every single meal. It's a huge transition, and I'm proud that I am making it.
I do pilates 5 days a week, have a rest day on the 6th day, and have power yoga session on the 7th day of the week. I also work in cardio at least 3 days a week: jogging, hiking, bicycling, dancing, or walking (up to 21,000 steps per day). The endorphins are making me happier. I feel like I'm finally returning to my SELF. <3
My clothes fit better. I look happier. I feel like I am resting well. Life is good right now. I love this vacation, but pretty soon my post-graduate recovery will come to an end and I will have to find a j-o-b. For now, I am living and loving life!! Happy Tuesday everyone!!!
