woke up and ate at 3am. having trouble with jetlag still. will include 3am dinner on Monday's plan...I woke up at 10pm, took dog for walk then was sooo hungry I couldn't ignore it. broke down and had a tuna sandwich, which helped put my calories way over targeted goal. in fact it's an extra meal tacked on. hopefully I can sleep through night though now, and within the week have myself turned around.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
